Can I pick up or drop off clothing in person?
No, you cannot. CloudClo does not allow users to drop off or pick up clothing in person. All additions or requests from a closet can be done from your home.
Where are my clothes stored?
Users items are stored at our clothing storage facility located in the Boston area.
How are my clothes stored?
Each user has a corresponding closet like clothing storage space, however these just happen to be out of your home. The facility is temperature controlled and 24/7 video monitored.
How often can I add or request clothing from my closet?
As often as you need. One addition, request, or swap is included for the user at no cost in each plan.
How many additions, requests, and swaps are included in the service?
One addition, request, or swap is included every month on the Monthly plan, every 3 months on the 3 Month Seasonal plan, and every 6 months on both the 6 Month Seasonal and Annual plans.
What if I need to add, request, or swap items more than what is included in my plan?
A user can pay $4.99 to add, request, or swap items in their closet if they have already used their action for that period.
What type of clothing can I store with CloudClo?

What days of the week are clothing items picked up and dropped off?
CloudClo offers two days a week to choose from when either scheduling a pickup, swap, or addition to your closet.
